Every time we travel across Italy we find inspirations, products, dishes we love. Behind each of them are always beautiful, passionate people. And most of the time locations play a fundamental part in making our experiences so special.
RICCARDO BOSCO OF RISTORANTE ENOTECA BOIVIN (LEVICO,TRENTINO)
Our first chef for the 2019 Guest Series is Riccardo Bosco. His Restaurant and Wine Bar Boivin in lovely Levico Terme, just outside of Trento, has been a favourite of many and consistently included in the Slow Food guide to Osterie d’Italia over the years.
In his menus Riccardo celebrates the territory and the seasonality of produce with a touch of creativity, but never forgetting tradition.
Riccardo will take over on the following days with 3 set menus (2 courses available lunch only, 3 and 4 courses for dinner). Wines from the area will be available to match the food.
