We are hiring the following positions:

SHOP/RESTAURANT MANAGER: We are looking for a full time manager who - working with the company management - would be responsible for providing superior service and coordination of daily activities of a small team including chefs and waiters, working to exceed sales targets and contributing to create an environment where the company’s commitment to food is of the highest standard. Previous experience is essential and so is knowledge of Italian cuisine and produce, as well as wines. 40 hours a week, competitive salary and performance bonus available. 

 

PASTA CHEF (SENIOR CDP LEVEL): We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join our team. The role involves working at the pasta making station (training by our head Sfoglina will be provided) and in the kitchen. We have a wide range of recipes and sauces made with the highest quality ingredients that will need to be executed in a consistent way. The candidate will be able to work alone as well as in team. Though we are a small restaurant, there are busy moments during service and the candidate will be able to work under pressure. Previous experience is essential and so is knowledge of Italian cuisine. 40/48 hours a week, competitive salary and performance bonus available. Start May following training.

 

PART TIME WAITER/WAITRESS: Thursday to Sunday only, 16-24 hrs per week.
