Nestled in the heart of Shoreditch on the iconic Redchurch Street, Burro e Salvia is a charming pasta emporium. The monthly changing menu is inspired by fresh, seasonal produce; the compact, yet curated drink list is made of wines we love to drink, both on their own or paired with our food.

Lunch:

Tuesday - Friday 12:00-3:00pm - walk in only, short menu from the deli

Wine & Snacks :

Tuesday - Saturday 12:00-9:30pm

Dinner:

Tuesday - Saturday 5:30- 9:30pm

We accept walk ins but due to the small size of our dining room we strongly recommend booking a table through the app below. Depending on availability, you can choose to sit in the more casual Pastificio - where pasta is handmade in front of you - or in the cozy dining room at the back.

Pastificio

In our Pastificio we make a daily selection of handmade fresh pasta to buy and cook at home. Pasta shapes and fillings vary according to availability of seasonal produce and to the creativity of the 'Sfogline' (the pasta makers).

Simple pasta like Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Tajarin and classics such as our signature Agnolotti Cavour or Ricotta Tortelloni are usually available at our pasta counter.

Pop in to see what we have fresh on the day, or to make sure you find your favourite, place your order in store or via email so that you only need to collect it.

We also sell other provisions (ham, cheese, sauces…) and a selection of our favourite low intervention Italian wines for any occasion.
