PASTA CHEF (CDP LEVEL)
18/30 hours over 3/4 days per week £15/16 ph depending on experience + service charge. We are looking for a part-time individual to join our kitchen, making the best quality food for our trattoria style restaurant. While previous experience of at least 2-3 years in the kitchen is essential, this role can be the springboard for your career as you explore your passion for Italian cuisine with our locally sourced produce, alongside regular guest chefs who visit to inspire us with new menus and recipes. There is a high degree of autonomy and there will be shifts where you will be working alone in the kitchen. Start date: January 2025
DELI AND RESTAURANT SENIOR WAITER
20/25 hours over 3 days a week £14/15 per hour + service charge. We are looking for a p/t individual to join our front of house team, working across the pastificio/ deli and trattoria style restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about most things Italian – but necessarily food & wine, and has previous experience in retail and restaurants. Ultimately he/she is a charming storyteller with an eye for detail in mind and always a smile. Though we are a boutique pastificio and restaurant, there are busy moments and the candidate will be able to work in team and under pressure with an ability to multitask, contributing to create an environment where the company’s commitment to food is of the highest standard. Start date: January 2025
